JOB MANAGMENT SYSTEM
Whether it is a small project or big, our client will receive a detailed project progress with the exact timeline of stages. Stages are used to break down big projects into manageable sections. Then, they will receive SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement) on arrival of each stage and once the stage is completed, we will send the stage completion report to the client and get them involved in what we did including photos. We ensure senior management involvement across each project, controlling the delivery for each project and client. We will send the job inspection checklist report within stages, monitoring and analysing them to make sure all tasks are run smoothly, to scope, on budget and on time.
All the project information is recorded in our job management system where we can monitor all stages from starting through to completion.
