We had Tim come to our property on the Gold Coast to do some major repairs. Tim was professional, courteous and respectful. Tim's attention to detail was outstanding and he kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Tim had Paula working with him and her professionalism was great as well. The job was major repairs and Tim made sure we had minimal disruption and the process was stress free.

SOME OF OUR WORK

HOW WE WORK

Whether it is a door lock, wall repair, damaged ceiling tile or an entire de-fit of an office, our clients will receive a detailed booking with the name and contact of the technician attending.

Then, they will receive a SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement) on arrival. Our team is trained to follow the onsite sign in and safety protocols as per each client’s requirements. Then our fully-qualified team will complete the works. Once the job is completed, we will provide a completion report by email that includes photos, job checklist, sign off on required items, incidents, and any other relevant comments about the work.

All this information is recorded in our job management system where we have full vision of the job from quoting through to progress, completion and invoicing.
