Starting his career with Riviera Motor Yachts, he developed a meticulous eye for detail before moving into residential and commercial construction. At Metricon Homes, he played a pivotal role in establishing their maintenance division, overseeing site supervision, building inspections, and quality control. As General Manager at Grolife, Chris leads with a hands-on approach, ensuring every maintenance, fitout, and construction project meets the highest standards. His expertise in project delivery, compliance, and team management drives Grolife's reputation for excellence in commercial property services.

Michael Spackman brings over 15 years of experience in construction, facility management, and business operations.
